If you want to change currency for an amount that is valued at more than 10 000 EUR, please contact us in advance on +420 603 276 199 (daily 08:30-20:00).

Before you start your online reservation, please note the following:
- There is no commission charge when you book currency online.
- You can order currency to the value of Euro 10 to Euro 10.000. (in locations outside Prague online order can be maximum 20.000 CZK)
- If you reserve cash valued at Euro 1.000 or more, you will be requested to present your personal ID, state your registered address and answer question relating to your political exposure), otherwise you will not be able to make the transaction and your order will be canceled. (identification to the extent of the legal requirements set out in Act No. 253/2008 Coll. as amended.).
- The displayed exchange rate is not valid for travellers’ cheques and coins.
- It is possible, especially when selling exotic currencies (eg. AED, AUD), that the cashier will not have enough banknotes of a lower nominal value to be able to provide the exact amount reserved, but only banknotes of a higher nominal value.
- The displayed exchange rate may change. The online exchange rate at the time of collection will apply.
- If you plan to collect your currency at the airport, please make sure you choose the most convenient branch, whether departing or arriving. Interchange has a total of 11 branches located in both T1 and T2, in public and transit areas.
- If you want to cancel your reservation, please call us on +420 603 276 199 (daily 08:30-20:00), or email us at ops@interchange.cz. If you do not collect your currency on the collection date selected, your order will expire automatically at midnight the same day.
- Payment for your currency is only possible in cash.
- Choose where you wish to collect your currency: in downtown Prague or at Prague Airport or other Czech town
- Fill in the requested amount and currency, wait a little until the amount in the other field is calculated, and click on “Reserve Cash”
- Select a branch you wish to collect your currency.
- Choose the collection day and approximate time
- Process your order
You will receive a summary of your order by email to the address provided. After your order is confirmed, you will also receive a confirmation email with your order ID number.
